Airbnb income for DSCR - do lenders accept AirDNA projections?

Buying a cabin in Gatlinburg TN. No rental history yet. My agent told me DSCR lenders will use AirDNA market data to project income. Is this true?

Yes, this is true - we accept AirDNA projections for STR properties with no rental history. We typically use 75-80% of the AirDNA projected gross revenue to be conservative.
